Privacy Policy

When you create a review card we store the business name you select, the Google listing it points to, and a hashed version of the 4-digit PIN you choose. We never store your PIN in a readable form.

When you sign in we store your email address and display name from your Google account, plus your plan and billing status.

When a customer leaves private feedback we store their rating, comment and — only if they choose to type them — their name and phone number.

We use this data to run your cards, show your private feedback to you, keep your account and subscription working, prevent abuse, and support you when you ask for help.

We do not sell your data and we do not use customer feedback for advertising.

We rely on service providers to operate RelyTap: cloud hosting and database services, Google Maps Platform to find your business listing, Google sign-in for accounts, and a payment provider for subscriptions. They process data only to provide those services.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. PINs are hashed, management links are signed, and access to card data is restricted per card and per account.

You can change or reset a card's details at any time from its management page, and you can ask us to delete your account and its cards. Deleting a card removes its feedback with it.
