RelyTap provides review cards: each card has a link that shows a rating screen to your customers, forwards high ratings to your Google listing, and keeps lower ratings as private feedback for you.

You are responsible for your account, your card PINs and everything done through them. Keep them private and let us know if you think someone else has access.

Do not use RelyTap to write, buy, incentivise or fake reviews, to impersonate another business, or to break Google's review policies or any applicable law. We may suspend cards or accounts that do.

Customers always choose whether to leave a review, and the review itself is written on Google, by them.

You can set up a limited number of cards before an account and a paid plan are required. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you choose until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that are added at checkout.

We work to keep RelyTap available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific number of reviews, or any particular rating outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use RelyTap after an update means you accept the updated terms.
